The present essay presents an interpretation of the structural counter-reforms carried out in Brazil, from 2016 to 2019, as a consequence of the 2008 crisis. Such crisis was an opportune moment for, according to the Marxist theoretical arsenal, to update the methods of original capitalist accumulation. In dependent capitalism, these methods focused on juridical relations in a specific way, requiring their own analysis. For this reason, the counter-reforms of the public spending ceiling, labor legislation and social security are studied as a strengthening of dependent juridical relations and as an example of permanent original accumulation of capital, based on the visibility of the fundamental, essential and normative forms of Law.
