People, liberating power and law to come
Keywords:
People, Subversive Law, Autonomies, Theory of Law, IsopoiesisAbstract
The mention of the people in the canonical, official, naturalized, normalized and unquestionable legal discourse takes as a fact the existence of the politic collective. This is formed as a retroactive grouping with a single purpose: to politically justify the established legal order. However, this vision of the people devoid of the enunciating power and of action is not final or necessary. The people, as a powerful and liberating category, expresses from the outside of the legal system its own legal practice, framed in the autonomies and studied as legal pluralism. In short, it is a subversive theory of law, as long as it disputes the established legal order and its claims of legitimate monopoly.
