Abstract

The objective of this essay is to put into dialogue the contributions of anarchist theory and indigenous autonomic projects that we have been investigating in recent years, in order to enrich the debate on autonomy in Latin America. In this sense, we propose to understand autonomy in its antisystemic sense, clearly influenced by the libertarian school of thought, an approach that will guide us in this writing and that will be a starting point for our reflections and argumentation. Our purpose is to think of autonomy as a horizon of desire and as a concrete practice, both in its individual and collective dimensions, understood as a path towards social emancipation. We will highlight its anti-state and anti-capitalist, as well as anti-authoritarian and anti-hierarchical potentialities
