Abstract

The intention of this text is to try to present a first approximation on the structural changes and trends in the industrial manufacturing in the midst of the economic and health crisis. Now framed with the entry of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement at the regional level (North America) and at the international level with trade disputes- imperialist- between the United States and China.
