The Spanish anarcho-syndicalist movement, at the beginning of the 20th century, had a close relationship with the legal world, expressed in different forms of “Labor Law” organic, in its relations with different legal professionals and in the legislative and jurisdictional work developed during the Spanish Civil War. This relationship must be understood from its connection with the practical needs of the movement.
