Abstract

The present investigation seeks to base from a perspective, doctrinal, compared and legal the theoretical and normative foundations guided to the law constitutionalization process to a healthy and balanced environment in the Cuban judicial classific tion, with the purpose of moderating the current legislations to the social reality and the artificial practice developed by the country.
